Retail Star and E-Commerce Support

Triumph & Disaster is New Zealand’s premier men’s grooming and skincare brand. Specialising in natural, locally designed and manufactured skincare solutions. T&D utilises indigenous ingredients to make bespoke,scientifically backed products that are sold around the world.

Triumph & Disaster is seeking an organised and self-motivated person to front of our Ponsonby flagship store.

This
is a full time role with a diverse work load. You will be responsible for;

In-store retail sales – providing a great experience for our loyal regulars
Store Merchandising
Customer service and support.
Marketing to our customer base via direct email and social media.


Additionally you will support our e-commerce team
by;

Processing online orders for NZ and Australia.
Picking and packing of NZ and AU orders.
Management of couriers.
E-Commerce follow up customer support.
